Paypal & Credit card orders will be processed immediately.
Wire Transfer orders will be processed once the funds have cleared into our bank account. Please pay attention that it takes up to 5 business days till money arrives to our bank account, so if you want us to proceed your order immediately please send us the swift (payment approval) via email.
We use high and advanced security measures in order to make our website safe for our customers to use. Our payment page is SSL encrypted and we use external and secured by PayPal.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email containing the package tracking number.
We offer The following method for shipping:
* STANDARD POST International shipping - arrival within 14 business days from shipment day to post office.
* ECO POST International shipping - arrival within 7 business days from shipment day to your home (in most countries).
* EMS International Express shipping - arrival within 4 business days from shipment day to your home (in most countries).
* DHL Express - arrival within 2-3 business days from shipment day to your home.
Please pay attention that we charge shipping fees per order and not per item. What means that you can put several items in your cart and pay the shipment fee only one time when you do checkout. All shipping prices are for up to 1 Kilogram. If you have extra wishes regarding shipment, please contact us.
In the shopping cart you can add shipping insurance, it costs 10$. In case of damage or loss of the package you will get full refund or we resend your order (depends on your choice). Please pay attention that we need an approval from the post service that the package got lost and only after that we can refund you.
Delivery time are based on information we received from the Postal Authority, we have no control over this.
Business days include Sunday–Thursday, excluding holidays. Saturday & Friday deliveries are not available. If express shipping is not available in your location, you will receive an email from us advising you as such. If your order is held up in Customs, we have no responsibility or liability for what packages customs stops.
We do our best that you get your order soon as possible and we are always helping to track your package. We are glad to hear from you that you got your package, you can inform us via email or you can leave some review on our website.
